We suppose it would be contraband to tell our readers what is well known in well informed circles here, and what the rebels are fully posted on by this time, of the movements of Gen. Fremont. Therefore, we only say that he is carrying on the business of his department with the utmost energy, and that he will very soon be heard from by the whole country. – Cin. Commercial, 12th.
