Wire Cutters Caught

The Nashville Union learns that three rebels were detected by a party of our soldiers, on Saturday, in cutting the telegraph wires, some thirteen miles from the city, on the Savannah line. One received a load of buckshot in the back, and was left behind. – The other two were brought to headquarters. – Secretary Stanton, it will be recollected, has ordered that all such rascals should be immediately shot.
