Lieut. Mejtheny, of this city . . .


. . . yesterday received a dispatch from Maj. Zagonyi, summoning him to Washington, for which city he expects to leave this morning.  It would not be one of the least beneficial effects of the recent movements at Washington if the brave Body-Guard of Fremont should be again [summoned] to do battle for the Union and Freedom.
