Diary of 4th Sergeant John S. Morgan: Friday, March 13, 1863

All on shore at 9.30 A. M. G co. sent out on scout, captured 7 negro and horse, connonading at the fort from 10.15 A. M till dark Luella down today no mail Wenona down in the evening, all on board at night.
