MILWAUKEE, March 17.
A decision of the Supreme Court of this State, in relation to the assessment of taxes declares all the State taxes since 1855 unconstitutional, for the reason of inequality of taxation. The Legislature will take immediate action upon it. The act for the relief of farm mortgages was also declared unconstitutional.
