CHICAGO, March 30 [1862].

The Washington special to the Tribune, of the 29th, says the railroad bridge across the Rappahannock was burned yesterday by a body of the enemy’s cavalry, in the face of our reconnaissance.  There was a slight skirmish but no loss of life.
