• Brigadier General John Adams, killed.
• Brigadier General Hiram Granbury, killed.
• Brigadier General States Rights Gist, killed.
• Brigadier General Otho Strahl, killed.
• Brigadier General John C. Carter, mortally wounded.  He died at the home of William Harrison, 3 miles south of the battlefield, on December 10, 1864
