Forty recruits arrived yesterday afternoon for the Sixteenth, in charge of Mr. Thrift, recruiting officer, who obtained them mostly in the neighborhood of Boonsboro’. This addition puts the regiment up to about 900 men, and it will be full up in a very short time more.
