The 16th Regiment which will leave for the war next Thursday morning, lacks only ten men to be full. Capt. Fuller requests us to say that he needs five of these men in his company. This is a first rate chance to ‘go in’ for the war in a good company and a No. 1 regiment. There are plenty of idle young men about town who should avail themselves of this opportunity.
