From Fort Monroe

FORT MONROE, March 15.

Gov. Pierpont having issued order for an election in the 1st Congressional district, about 200 votes were polled, all for Joseph Segur.

Active preparations have been going on at Sowall’s Point; whether for evacuation or reinforcement is uncertain.

A suspicious craft has been seen in the vicinity of the Rip Raps.

The San Jacinto arrived to-day.

The breaks which occurred in the telegraph cable will be repaired first fair day.
