THE R. I. Register says . . .

. . . that Mr. O. P. Wharton, formerly editor of the Advertiser of that city is now 5^th Sergeant of a company of the Iowa 16^th regiment.  We think our neighbor is mistaken in the location of Mr. Wharton.
