A provoking error in the report of the above meeting yesterday morning, made it appear that Mr. Campbell’s Motion was carried to had the funds over to Mr. Woodward, to be appropriated to the monumental fund, which motion was amended, on Mr. Hubbell’s suggestion, so as to require the payment to Judge Linderman of the sum of $20.96 – the excess of his disbursements over amount received. – The fact was, after this amendment was adopted, the original motion was laid on the table, of course carrying the amendment with it, and there remained when the meeting adjourned.
