Iowa Regiments in the Battle

By a letter received from rev. Mr. Whittlesey, Chaplain of the 11^th regiment, who accompanied the 16^th regiment from this city, we learn that the latter arrived at Savannah, Tenn., on the afternoon of the 4^th inst.  As the battle did not commence until the 6^th, this regiment no doubt was a participant.  We await with anxiety the details to learn the fate of our fellow citizens.
