NEW YORK, Feb. 1, [1862]

Commander John S. Warden and Lieut. S. S. Green, U. S. Navy, have been ordered to the Ericsson Battery.  Mr. Warden is the Lieut. Warden whom Bragg arrested at Pensacola in May last, and who lingered in the county jail of Montgomery, Ala., so many months.
