The Sheriff of Mills County advertises over a thousand lots
for sale in the town of Mt. Olive, late Loudon, in that County, including the
Seminary Square. Here is a good opening
for speculators, as we apprehend this desirable property, which would have
brought two hundred thousand dollars a few years ago will now go for a song.
