I received the very sad news this morning that my father has passed away in his sleep. So needless to say there will be no blog posts on Civil War Notebook, while I make the trip from Tennessee to Iowa to be with my family at this time. When I get back to Tennessee blog posts will begin again. Thank you for your support of this blog, and me, it is forever and greatly appreciated.
