Messrs. Kynett and Russell yesterday afternoon received a
dispatch from Mr. Gifford, telling them to prepare to receive three hundred sick
and wounded. An answer was immediately
returned to send them along. The
Executive Committee of the Relief Association met last evening from the purpose
of taking action on the subject. There
will probably be a boat-load of wounded here next week.
