CINCINNATI, March 30 [1862].

A special to the Commercial says Buell has assumed command of our forces, and at latest advices was within fifteen miles of Beauregard at Corinth, Miss.

Morgan’s rebel cavalry captured another train on the Louisville and Nashville road on Friday.  Col. Carran Pope, of Ky., was taken prisoner with a few other federal officers.  The locomotive was run into a ditch and cars destroyed.
