The Chicago Tribune, of Wednesday morning . . .

. . . has a leader on the retirement of Gen. McClellan, based upon the first sensation dispatch received, in which the editor assuming that the General has been removed for incompetency, pitches into his immobility.  The general orders of the President put a different face upon the matter, and our cotemporary will have to “come down out of that.”
