Capt. H. M. Fogg, of Nashville, a member of Zollicoffer’s
staff, who was wounded near Somerset, is dead.
Maj. Cliff, surgeon of Somerset, is here and will be sent to Bowling
Green on Tuesday, to be exchanged. – It is thought that Gen. Buell will arrange
for the exemption of all surgeons from arrest hereafter.
