A quiet morning in our camp. Resting and trying to get a
little comfort out of life. Talking and living over our service during the past
year, not forgetting our unfortunate comrades who were killed and wounded,
prisoners. The life of a soldier in war is a severe and sad one. Wonderful what
men can endure.
