The Board Met as per adjournment.
Present – Messrs. Collins, Cook, Peck and French.
Minutes of March 3d approved.
The committee to examine the Treasurer’s books and vouchers made the following report.
The committee to examine the Treasurers books and vouchers, report that they have made the examination and find the same correct, with the exception of $8.85 interest on orders not credited to himself, and it is recommended by the committee that an order of $8.86 be issued to the Treasurer.

The following bills were ordered paid:
Alling & Williams, $0.15.
J. C. Washburn, Hardware, $5.19.
Wm. Vanderzee, cleaning house, $8.65
