No news of importance. The rebels say a flag of truce boat
has arrived at City Point and Commissioner Olds telegraphed for and undoubtedly
will agree upon terms for an exchange of prisoners. Men receiving boxes from
their friends at the north and am writing for one myself without much hope of
ever getting it.
