Gen. Taliaferro:I received no notice
of the troops coming to-day until their ar. rival here, the detention was one
hour and fifteen minutes. I will arrange for the transportation of two hundred
and ten men tomorrow, to connect with the train Monday, 4 o'clock, A. M., that
leaves Baltimore for Richmond. Please inform me at what hour to-morrow, Sunday,
you will have them leave Charlestown.
