Capture of a Rebel Steamer

BOSTON, March 6.

The steamer Saxon reports that the steamer South Carolina had captured the rebel steamer Magnolia, when attempting to run out of Mobile.  She has 400 bales of cotton on board.  The engineer attempted to blow her up, but the escape of steam only killed himself.  The Magnolia is a large side-wheel steamer.
