Baltimore, Nov, 20, 1859.-2.05 P. M.
To John Donohoo, or A. P. Shutt, Harper's Ferry:
Train left Washington Junction at 12.50 with Gov. Wise and
400 troops. Have yard Engine fixed up and men ready to take train to
Charlestown. Our other engines are too heavy to run on Winchester road.
Report fully to me of their arrival and departure, and any other matters of interest.
W. P. SMITH.
