No church. Our preacher's horse stolen by the Yankees. This
raid is headed by Guerrard and is for the purpose of destroying our railroads.
They cruelly shot a George Daniel and a Mr. Jones of Covington, destroyed a
great deal of private property, and took many citizens prisoners.
