Diary of Corporal David L. Day: March 20, 1863

This morning finds the storm unabated.

The boat starts at daylight, passing Roanoke island, and enters the Albemarle, arriving at Plymouth late in the afternoon, where we make our quarters in a large warehouse on the wharf.
