Diary of Private Lewis C. Paxson, Saturday, April 18, 1863

Very little done through the day. Colonel, chaplain, adjutant and Lieuts. Randolph and Emmons in my room talking over Mexican war. Misty all day. Staff practicing with Colt's guns.
