BALTIMORE, March 31.
The last rail completing the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad was laid ten miles west of Harper’s Ferry on Saturday night, since then 400 loaded cars have passed over the road, and nearly 200 cars filled with Western produce, loaded at the Ohio river, have reached Baltimore.
