WASHINGTON, Jan. 28. – A telegram, signed by Representatives
McKean, Fenton, Wheeler, Clark, Spaulding, Frank, Van Valkenburg, Pomeroy and
Baker, of New York, was sent to Albany to-day, urging the Legislature to pass
resolutions instructing Senators Harris and King to vote for the expulsion of
the traitor Bright. – More of the New York Delegation would have signed the
paper had they been in session.
