Montgomery Blair to Gustavus V. Fox, April 1, 1861

Dear Fox

I wrote by mail just now telling you to come on as the President wishes to consult you about the shape of the orders. I think you could come here tomorrow night and go back probably on the next day and have time to organize afterwards.

Yrs truly
M. BLAIR
