From the Petersburg Express, May 22.
AUGUSTA, Ga., May 21 – The Charleston papers of this morning state the four Federal vessels shelled Colesgate and Kiawassa Islands yesterday morning. The Confederates retreated, burning their quarters &c. Colsgate is 12 of 15 miles from Charleston.
