Good night last. Feel better to-day. Believe I have turned
the corner and am improving — such a change from my feelings Saturday. I hope I
shall continue to improve. Nothing from General Young yet. It is very strange.
I am not so impatient now that I am getting better. It is not the horror of
living but of dying here, that troubles me.
