Recruiting at Ottumwa.

Mr. W. H. Clifton, of this city, has been appointed general Recruiting Officer at this place. Those wishing to enlist in the new Regiment, rendez[v]ousing at Clinton, or in any other Iowa Regiment, will report to him.
