Another Death

A private letter received in town last evening announces the death of Mr. Thos. Holmes, who was, the letter states, killed in the recent battle. We publish this morning a list of the killed and wounded in his company, in which his name does not appear. Unless he had been previously transferred to some other company, we are inclined to think the report somewhat doubtful.
