Received orders to march at 5 o'clock a. m., but as we were
train guard we did not move till 7 o'clock a. m.; camped at 1 o'clock p. m.
near Buckeystown at Monocacy Mill on the Monocacy river; bathed in the river;
all's quiet to-night.
